This paper puts forward a cold source scheme analysis idea that takes into account the outdoor hourly meteorological parameters of the typical year, the number of train departure pairs, the passenger flow changes and other factors, and simulates the energy consumption based on the hourly load in the cooling season. Firstly, the hourly air conditioning load of the subway station in the cooling season is obtained by modeling and calculation, and then the actual performance of the chiller is modified based on the hourly outdoor meteorological conditions. Taking the public area of a subway station as an example, two kinds of air conditioning cold source schemes of water-cooled screw chillers and water-cooled scroll modular chillers are compared. The results show that although the rated COP of water-cooled screw chillers is higher than that of water-cooled scroll modular chillers, according to the load characteristics of the subway station, the annual energy consumption of the refrigeration station with water-cooled scroll modular chillers is 11.6% lower than that of water-cooled screw chillers.
